About "Reprieve's Corner"

"Reprieve's Corner" is the name of a small home-based business run by local author and crafter Hannah Contino. The shop name and logo go hand in hand. The word "reprieve" means to "give temporary relief to" someone. The word is among Hannah's favorites (along with "discombobulated" and "serendipity").

In the logo, a frog is taking shelter from a storm under a toad stool. Eventually he's going to have to go back out into the storm, but for now he's found a little corner of reprieve. Hannah sincerely hopes that the items she makes will provide other people with a moment of happiness in an otherwise hectic and stressful world.
